Job Summary:

Provides specialized respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Ensures effective management of breathing treatments, ventilation, and related diagnostic procedures to support patient health.

Responsibilities:

• Administer breathing treatments, ventilator management, and ABG sampling to patients.
• Perform EKGs for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Assist with intubations and respond to airway management needs.
• Monitor and operate respiratory equipment including ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP machines.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Current credential as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC or RRT preferred.
• Valid and unexpired Respiratory Therapy license.
• Minimum of inpatient adult ICU or ER experience required.
• Willingness to train in pediatric care and neonatal resuscitation.
• Strong knowledge of ventilator protocols and airway management.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP certification preferred.
