Job Summary:
Provide radiologic imaging services to patients in a trauma center, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Flexibility to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures accurately following approved protocols.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver timely and effective imaging services.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain patient records in the EMR system.
• Float between hospital departments, including outpatient imaging and main hospital units.
• Ensure equipment safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality throughout procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the California Department of Health Services.
• Hold current CPR certification and fluoroscopy permit.
• Demonstrate experience with EPIC EMR charting system.
• Have at least 2 years of acute care imaging experience preferred.
• Prior success in travel assignments is a plus.
