Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Nurse is responsible for circulating and providing patient care before, during, and after cardiac procedures. This role requires specialized experience in electrophysiology (EP) and catheterization (Cath) labs to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans in accordance with ANA standards.
• Monitor patient status during procedures, respond swiftly to any complications, and provide post-procedure care.
• Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with advanced Cath Lab and Hybrid Lab technologies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Colorado RN license, or eligibility to obtain.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Cath Lab and EP settings.
• Credentialed with BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association.
• Have prior experience with vascular or CVOR units preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
