Job Summary:
Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients with cardiac and medical conditions. Deliver patient-centered care while ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient information thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado RN license or valid state license.
• Minimum of 1-year recent acute care telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac assessment.
• Possess strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
• Chemo certification is preferred but not required.
