Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit, ensuring high-quality clinical standards are met. Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical surgical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
