Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Labor and Delivery assignment. This role involves providing specialized maternity care in a fast-paced healthcare environment to support maternal and neonatal health.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and progress.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on childbirth, postpartum care, and breastfeeding.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license with state-specific requirements.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent obstetric nursing experience.
• Certified in NRP and EFM.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and pass a module-based training system.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
