Job Summary:

Provides occupational therapy services to patients across adult and pediatric populations to improve functional ability, reduce pain, and prevent disability resulting from illness, injury, or loss of body parts. This role involves traveling between two facilities and adhering to prescribed therapy protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient responses.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and facility policies and procedures.
• Transport between facilities, ensuring timely delivery of care and adherence to schedule.

Qualifications:

• Possess 1+ years of OT experience in adult and pediatric settings.
• Hold an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license.
• Demonstrate strong pediatric therapy expertise.
• Have previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean driving record and own insurable vehicle.
