Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide specialized care within the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units. This role involves delivering direct patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the applicable state.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement patient care efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
