Job Summary:
The Emergency Room RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient care based on clinical judgment and acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician directives and facility protocols.
• Document patient evaluations, interventions, and progress accurately within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, certifications, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid NY RN license with active registration verification.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent ED experience, including pediatric exposure.
• Demonstrate travel experience with proper documentation on resume.
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license matching demographic details.
• Willingness to work shift hours from 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with flexible scheduling.
