Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN - L&D to join the Maternal Infant Unit on a travel basis. This role involves providing specialized care to labor and post-partum patients in a high-volume hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care to labor, delivery, and post-partum patients.
• Monitor fetal well-being using GE fetal monitors and perform fetal assessments.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including nurses, OB techs, and educators, to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
• Maintain professional certifications and adhere to dress code and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license with at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring and obstetric procedures.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• Prefer candidates with experience in high-volume LDRP units.
• Be able to work 13-week temporary assignments with weekend and on-call flexibility.
