Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in a hospital setting. The role involves managing acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient rehab cases with flexibility to float across departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function.
• Document patient evaluations, tests, and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical data.
• Supervise and provide clinical instruction to assistants, aides, and students, ensuring quality care delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assure proper equipment usage and reporting of malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA Physical Therapist License.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Strong documentation and compliance skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to departmental needs.
