Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for an 8-week contract focused on an EPIC electronic health record conversion. The role involves providing patient care services while supporting system implementation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients based on individual needs.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions aligned with clinical protocols.
• Document patient progress accurately within the EPIC and Cerner systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy or a related field.
• Possess 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Maintain a valid California Physical Therapy license or be eligible for registration.
• Have current AHA BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Hold a valid California driver’s license when travel is required.
