Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist for a hospital outpatient rehab setting with inpatient coverage. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical functionality while providing clinical supervision and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to enhance patient recovery and functionality.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and update patient Plans of Care based on clinical findings and diagnosis.
• Provide hands-on therapy, monitor patient response, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides, ensuring quality care and adherence to best practices.
• Complete all required documentation, coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California Physical Therapist License.
• Possess BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including day hours.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
