Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver continuous, high-quality patient care during designated shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously to detect any abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiovascular nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and protocols.
• Ability to remain attentive and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
