Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring, ensuring continuous assessment of cardiac activity and responding to emergency situations promptly. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Respond quickly and effectively to cardiac events and emergencies.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families about telemetry procedures and cardiac health.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent experience in telemetry or cardiovascular care.
• Demonstrate proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and emergency protocols.
• Be BLS and ACLS certified.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
