Job Summary:
Providing specialized nursing care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Stepdown units, the RN will deliver advanced patient monitoring, assist with complex clinical procedures, and ensure evidence-based patient outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to serve in a high-acuity setting supporting recovery and stabilization.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously to identify changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies aligned with physician orders and patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and modify patient care plans.
• Document clinical findings, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license required with active_state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• BLS and ACLS certification mandatory.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
