Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Labor and Delivery unit. The candidate will support expectant mothers through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery with clinical expertise and compassionate patient support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' health status during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on labor process, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Document accurate patient information and clinical activities in electronic health records.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment adhering to hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or maternity nursing.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
