Job Summary:


Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with recent experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units to provide exceptional patient care during night shifts. This role requires adherence to strict certification, licensing, and compliance standards to ensure quality and safety.



Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately following established protocols.
  
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and ECG rhythms effectively.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.
  
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly in Epic electronic health records.
  
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and facility policies throughout the shift.
  
• Participate in orientation and assessment processes, including ECG recognition and safeMedicate tests.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
  
• Possess at least 18 months of recent, combined perm experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry units.
  
• Have current BLS and ACLS certifications, with NIH clearance prior to start date.
  
• Provide two recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition with an acceptable assessment score.
  
• Be willing to work nights, including every other holiday on a 3x12-hour shift schedule.
