Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a Medical Surgical/Tele environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, and post-operative care within a large healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Document patient information and clinical interventions meticulously.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Alabama RN license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 13 weeks of recent experience in a hospital setting.
• Have ACLS and BLS certifications current and valid.
• Demonstrate experience working in large healthcare environments and trauma units.
• Maintain a minimum patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7.
• Be willing to adhere to travel compliance policies, including the 90-mile radius rule.
