Job Summary:
The ER RN will provide expert emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize emergency patients upon arrival.
• Administer treatments and medications following established protocols.
• Monitor patient condition and document findings accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and facilitate smooth patient flow during shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to compliance, safety, and infection control standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Possess 2+ years of recent emergency room experience.
• Maintain current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Be adaptable to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• First-timers with ER experience are accepted.
