Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit. The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing services while adhering to hospital standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations diligently.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state or valid compact license in accordance with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Demonstrated EPIC electronic health record experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• BSN degree preferred for specific facilities; ADN accepted.
