Job Summary:
Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telehealth units, ensuring compliance with all safety and clinical protocols. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and coordination within a specialized healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care including assessments, interventions, and documentation.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition, escalating concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of documentation and certifications.
• Adhere to facility policies, including strict no-call policies and compliance deadlines.
• Complete required training modules prior to shift and submit all necessary compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid TN state license or compact multi-state license at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in hospital or inpatient settings.
• Be comfortable working with forensics and inpatient populations, including potential exposure to prison environments.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CPI certifications are required; MAB may be accepted in lieu of CPI.
• Have a current Nursys report confirming license status; no pending licenses.
• Demonstrate ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00).
