Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to adolescent through geriatric patients in a Level III Trauma unit. The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, utilizing advanced ICU skills to identify changes and respond appropriately.
• Administer IV drips, ventilators, vasopressors, and manage hemodynamic monitoring to ensure optimal patient stability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists, to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Demonstrate charge nurse and preceptor responsibilities to support staff and ensure smooth unit operations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact license.
• Have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience in a similar setting.
• Possess current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be proficient with EPIC electronic medical records and arterial line management.
• Have experience with ventilators, IV drips, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Be able to provide own vehicle for travel assignments and include proof of residence in profile.
