Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to provide specialized intensive care nursing services in a busy ICU unit. This travel position offers a rewarding opportunity to work within a leading community hospital known for quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
• Utilize advanced ventilator support, cardiac monitoring, and invasive hemodynamic techniques.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in Meditech system.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency codes, including Code Blue and Rapid Response.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid NH RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience in a medical-surgical or ICU setting.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• AIBP experience is a plus.
