Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care as a registered nurse in a Level 2 or Level 3 NICU. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care to fragile newborns and support their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients’ clinical condition continuously.
• Administer medications, IVs, and perform procedures such as PICC insertions under trained clinicians.
• Document patient care and medical interventions accurately in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to all unit policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN licensure.
• Have at least 1 year of NICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with IV starts, PICC insertions, and respiratory support.
• Possess or be willing to obtain NRP certification; STABLE experience preferred.
• Be a team player with strong self-motivation skills.
• Comply with unit dress code and policies.
