Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal care to newborn patients in a neonatal intensive care unit. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care to neonates, including monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
• Perform procedures such as IV starts, PICC insertions, and managing central lines like UAC, UVC, and broviacs.
• Document patient information accurately using the Meditech and CPN EMR systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN licensure with a minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal procedures, including PICC insertions and line management.
• Possess or be willing to obtain NRP certification; STABLE certification preferred.
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call responsibilities.
