Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units. The nurse will deliver patient-centered care, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to interventions.
• Document patient progress and care activities accurately in EPIC.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, utilizing Rapid Response/Code teams as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE guidelines, and isolation precautions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NY State RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience within a hospital setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC charting and documentation.
• Be able to interpret dysrhythmias and manage related emergencies.
• Have BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be willing to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and float as required.
