Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients experiencing physical impairments. Play a vital role in implementing treatment plans and supporting patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of personalized patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed in treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current certification or license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Proven experience in a therapy assistant role preferred.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
