Job Summary:
Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring quality care delivery in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in executing therapy plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and report findings accordingly.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and rehabilitation activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment adhering to clinic protocols.
• Rotate weekend shifts as part of the scheduled weekend rotation.
• Guarantee a minimum of 36 hours of work per week, including weekends.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Possess previous experience working in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Show proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment details.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to industry standards.
