Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist provides evidence-based care by developing and applying treatment protocols that improve patient outcomes. The role requires critical thinking, independent judgment, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
• Develop and implement treatment protocols and clinical workflows to support consistent care delivery
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify best practices and improve service effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems and support interdisciplinary goals
• Educate and train patients, families, and staff by delivering training materials and competency assessments
• Maintain regulatory and professional practice compliance while documenting care appropriately

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapist license (CA PT License)
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Demonstrate EPIC experience (EPIC exp req)
• Apply professional practice standards and regulatory requirements in a clinical environment
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats and resolve conflicts through teamwork and customer service
