Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse with ER specialization to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment. Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently across various hospital units is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Render expert nursing care to trauma and emergency patients in a high-volume setting.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient progress.
• Document patient information accurately using Cerner EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Pass a lethal rhythm EKG exam and maintain current certifications.

Qualifications:

• Active MO RN license or Compact license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Proven proficiency in Cerner charting system.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications, all current.
• Ability to pass an EKG skills test with at least 80%.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response capabilities.
