Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population to restore and improve mobility, strength, and function. Support the rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality care in a clinical outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapies to promote recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MPT or DPT credential.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient therapy experience.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient rapport abilities.
• Be adaptable to flexible work schedules within business hours.
