Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology to provide comprehensive patient care in a step-down, surgical, and telemetry setting. The nurse will support patients through various stages of treatment, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by clinicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid RN license.
• Possess, or be willing to obtain, oncology specialization certification if applicable.
• Demonstrate experience in step-down, surgical, or telemetry units.
• Show ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
