Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients on a 30-bed inpatient oncology unit, focusing on hematologic disorders, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapies. Ensure the delivery of safe, effective patient-centered care while supporting ongoing research protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing complex treatments.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other medications in accordance with protocols.
• Monitor patient responses, manage side effects, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Assist with stem cell transplants and CAR-T infusions, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, including maintaining ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider certification.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or oncology nursing.
• Hold a current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider certification.
• Strong understanding of hematologic malignancies and infusion procedures.
• Ability to work rotating Day/Night shifts on a bi-weekly schedule.
