Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services in a hospital setting. The clinician will evaluate, treat, and assist patients throughout their recovery process, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer treatments using standard therapy equipment and techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid American Physical Therapy License.
• Possess inpatient rehab experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a positive, energetic personality.
• BLS certification is required.
• Previous experience with CARE scoring is preferred.
