Job Summary:
Travel -Physical Therapist (762) provides inpatient physical therapy services across acute and rehab settings. The role focuses on evaluating patients, delivering individualized treatment plans, and supporting interdisciplinary care through clear, collaborative communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients through evaluation and functional mobility testing to determine therapy needs
• Deliver physical therapy treatments aligned with individualized plans of care
• Develop and update treatment goals based on patient progress and response
• Provide patient education to support safe mobility, recovery, and discharge readiness
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent therapeutic strategies
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes in the assigned EMR system

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license/credential required to practice
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Demonstrate acute care experience in inpatient settings
• Provide experience in inpatient rehab and/or SNF settings (preferred)
• Showcase knowledge or experience with ICU care and mobility support (preferred)
• Demonstrate experience with wound care as part of rehabilitation planning (preferred)
