Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide essential respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. This role involves managing ventilators, supporting airway management, and collaborating with physicians to deliver high-quality respiratory services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor ventilator and non-invasive ventilator support to patients.
• Perform continuous airway management and evaluate patient needs.
• Consult with physicians regarding respiratory care plans and interventions.
• Utilize computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, and respiratory equipment such as PB 980, PB 840 ventilators, V60, and Para Pac Transport Vent.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital protocols.
• Complete documentation accurately and manage patient care in accordance with standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Hawaii State Respiratory Therapy License and valid BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience.
• Be able to care for patients across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.
• Possess NRP certification (preferred).
• Be able to provide proof of flu vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption prior to start.
