Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will hold a Hawaii license and possess experience across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage continuous airway support and ventilator functions, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
• Administer CPR and perform respiratory procedures requiring specialized equipment.
• Utilize hospital systems such as computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, and ventilator systems like PB 980, PB 840, V60, and Para Pac Transport Vent.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to treatment across diverse age groups.
• Comply with vaccination policies, including flu vaccination or approved exemptions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of respiratory care experience.
• Be certified in BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ventilator management and respiratory equipment.
• Ability to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
• RRT certification and NRP certification preferred.
