Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab/EP RN to join a dynamic healthcare team. This position offers primarily 4x9-hour shifts with occasional 3x12-hour shifts, requiring flexibility based on departmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures within the cath lab and EP departments.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies during procedures.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and medical team to ensure successful patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and clinical observations.
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Float within hospital units or to affiliate outpatient clinics as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab or EP cardiac environment.
• Hold a valid state RN license at the time of application, with verification through Nursys or equivalent.
• Possess strong clinical skills in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Show flexibility to work 4X9s or 3X12s shifts with on-call duties for evenings and weekends.
• Be locally licensed or eligible for local licensing to be considered at the same rate.
• Certifications such as ACLS and BLS are preferred but not mandatory for submission.
