Job Summary:
Provide clinical and administrative support in a medical setting, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations. This role involves direct patient interaction and documentation within electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intakes, vital signs, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records, preferably EPIC.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure clinical supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient correspondence.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and travel requirements.
• Participate in orientation modules and complete necessary training.

Qualifications:

• Hold a High School diploma or GED.
• Certified Medical Assistant (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Possess at least one year of Medical Assistant experience (preferred).
• Maintain current BLS certification, with AHA accepted.
• Be licensed in NY or have pending licenses with submission confirmation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ideally EPIC.
