Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units to provide exceptional patient care. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience and active certifications in CA RN, BLS, and ACLS. The position involves day shifts working 3×12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.
• Monitor patient vitals, interpret telemetry data, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately using Epic EHR.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Comply with all certification, licensing, and travel requirements, including timely lab work and background checks.
• Complete required modules and orientations, ensuring all hours are accurately recorded and documented.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current CA RN license with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent experience in medical-surgical/telemetry units.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting systems and telemetry interpretation.
• Have ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adhere to travel and reporting policies.
• Provide a verified 7-year work history and references from recent managers.
• Be able to meet background and compliance requirements prior to placement.
