Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services to adult patients requiring medical and surgical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Carry current AHA BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work variable schedule shifts.
