Job Summary:

Perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Ensure accuracy and quality control in all clinical laboratory processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests to support healthcare providers
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following established protocols
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and promptly
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including licensing requirements
• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and explain test findings
• Work weekends and rotating shifts as required to ensure laboratory coverage

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license to work as a Medical Technologist in Hawaii
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical laboratory testing and procedures
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts
