Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive administrative and support services within the Human Resources department, facilitating communication, onboarding, and employee leave processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• answer phones on the main HR line and route calls appropriately
• assemble, file, and distribute new hire packets and orientation materials
• meet with new employees to collect onboarding documentation
• manage and respond to inquiries via the HR email account
• process termination packets and maintain HR filing systems
• assist with employee leave requests, verifying eligibility, and tracking documentation

Qualifications:

• strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with employees and visitors
• experience with HR administrative functions, including onboarding and document management
• knowledge of employment verification processes and leave of absence policies
• proficiency in using standard office software and record-keeping systems
• ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• high school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certifications preferred
