Job Summary:
Seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of experience to perform bedside respiratory care, including neonates and infants, in a teaching hospital setting. The role involves night shifts, requiring flexibility, certification in RRT, BLS, PALS, and South Carolina RCP licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to pediatric, neonatal, and infant patients.
• Monitor and record patient responses, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active RRT certification and a South Carolina RCP license.
• Hold current BLS and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of pediatric, neonatal, and infant respiratory experience.
• Be willing to work 3x12 night shifts, including holiday rotations.
• Have experience with Epic electronic health records preferred.
• Ability to submit timely RTO requests with detailed documentation.
