Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Surgical Radiologic Technologists (CSFA) to support McLaren Northern Michigan’s comprehensive surgical services. The role involves assisting in various procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adherence to hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiologic imaging and preoperative preparations for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols in the operating room.
• Adhere to McLaren’s strict attendance policies and document absences or lateness appropriately.
• Complete and update required skills checklists and certifications within specified timelines.
• Verify licensure, certifications, and credentials in accordance with facility standards and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of CSFA experience in surgical environments.
• Hold current NBSTSA or NCCT certification, interchangeable for licensure purposes.
• Have active Michigan license verification, with detailed documentation if license issues arise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic, general, endovascular, urology, and obstetric procedures preferred.
• Complete skills checklist within the last year; additional healthcare certifications are advantageous.
• BLS (AHA) certification required for all candidates.
