Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with outpatient adult rehabilitation experience to provide specialized therapy for neurological speech, dysphagia, voice, and cognitive disorders. This role offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate professional schedules and client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological speech and language impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing dysphagia, voice, and cognitive challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and modify therapy approaches accordingly
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and facility policies
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation within designated timeframes

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NH State license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in adult outpatient neurological rehabilitation
• Experience with dysphagia, voice disorders, and cognitive impairments
• Possess current AHA or Red Cross CPR certification
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening requirements
• Be available to work a 4 or 5-day schedule as specified
