Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. The therapist will develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective, patient-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and caregivers to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly to meet treatment goals.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures and home exercises to reinforce progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Previous experience in diverse clinical settings is preferred.
