Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled MRI Tech for travel assignment at a prominent hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic imaging skills and recent MRI experience to provide quality patient care and support the radiology team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging sessions, adhering to departmental protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech system and comply with hospital guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiology staff to deliver clinical excellence and optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and equipment usage policies, including dress code requirements.
• Assist with training or mentoring new staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current BLS certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of MRI imaging experience.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in MRI procedures and patient positioning.
• Be certified in MRI technologist credentialing (ARRT or equivalent).
• Show ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
• Have familiarity with GE MRI systems and Meditech documentation.
