Job Summary:
Provide specialized surgical assistance as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in a fast-paced hospital environment. Support surgical teams across various departments, including cardiac, neuro, and general surgery, ensuring sterile procedures and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up surgical carts.
• Assist surgeons and other surgical team members during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure all patient care needs are met before, during, and after surgeries.

Qualifications:

• Hold current CST certification through a recognized credentialing organization.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of recent surgical technology experience in a hospital setting.
• Possess knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrument handling, and patient safety protocols.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and holidays.
